Olivia Munn Is Expecting Her First Child with Comedian John Mulaney

Olivia Munn is pregnant with her first child.

The Magic Mike actor is expecting a baby with comedian John Mulaney, who announced the news during an appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers, while describing his year after entering rehab in September 2020.

“In the spring, I went to Los Angeles and met and started to date a wonderful woman named Olivia,” he said, noting that he first met Munn at Meyers’s wedding in 2013.

He continued, “I got into this relationship that’s been really beautiful with someone incredible,” adding that Munn has “held his hand” throughout his recovery. “And we’re having a baby together. I was nervous when I was about to say the news … I’m gonna be a dad!”

Later in the interview, the Oh, Hello Show actor said, “Olivia and this baby have helped save me from myself in this early journey out of recovery.”

The couple was first linked last May after Mulaney, 39, separated from his ex-wife, Anna Marie Tendler, per People. Munn had previously dated football star Aaron Rodgers before they broke things off in 2017. This will be the first child for both Munn and Mulaney.

In a 2019 interview with Entertainment Tonight, Munn said that if she got married or had children in the future, they would have to naturally fit into her life.

“I have two dogs, two cats, so that’s a lot just with the animals. I don’t have kids. I mean honestly it’s a lot. I can’t imagine. … I’ve really come to a realization with myself that I’m already in my happily ever after. And if I want to have kids or want to get married then I’ll do that, but it has to add to my life, you know? Everything has to add to my life,” she said.
