OK, It Sure Sounds Like Rachel Bilson & Nick Viall Are A Thing…

Do we have a new couple alert here, or what?!

Rachel Bilson and Nick Viall are names running through the Hollywood rumor mill the last few weeks as a potential new match, after each one of them played it super coy on the red carpet when asked about each other during interviews! It feels like the Bachelor alum and the longtime TV star would make a cute couple… so are they or aren’t they?!

Rumblings started on Saturday at the Freeze HD Gala when Bilson — who was walking the red carpet with her BFF Jaime King — opened up to an interviewer from Us Weekly about what she’s looking for in a partner. King, 40, also chimed in, telling the mag that she’s protective of her 38-year-old best friend, and adding (below):

“I’m way protective of . I want someone that loves her, adores her and cherishes her. Someone that is funny, brilliant and smart. Someone who is enthusiastic, an extrovert but also a domestic because she likes to stay at home, someone that really understands what she loves and supports her with the kind of loyalty that she supports others.”

Very sweet! So does that mean… somebody like Viall?! When the outlet straight up turned to Bilson and asked her about the 38-year-old reality TV star, she immediately blushed before “playfully” adding, “I don’t want to talk about it.”

Even King played it up, adding “That’s private. We’ll keep that private, for now,” on Rachel’s behalf.

Hmmm…

This doesn’t come from nowhere, though; Bilson and Viall met in July, when she first came on his Viall Files podcast, and ever since they’ve been leaving flirty comments on each other’s Instagram posts. It’s been enough to get fan speculation going, and now, it appears the rumors have crossed over into full-blown news!

What About Nick?!

As luck would have it, the former Bachelor leading man was at his own red carpet across town on Saturday, too, and when Us Weekly asked him about Rachel, he gave them a little bit of a beefier quote to go with it (below):

“I’m not really defining my relationships right now but she’s definitely a friend and she’s great and I always enjoy spending time with Rachel. In all seriousness, I think I’m eager to meet someone but not in a rush to do it just because. You don’t have to rush to figure out the rest of your life.”

Amen! But what about that first part again?! Are you diggin’ on the former star of The O.C., or what, Nick?!

Clearly, there’s a cute little connection between these two, thanks to the podcast interview and subsequent flirting and all that. Whether that means they are a real couple yet remains to be seen… but we wouldn’t be mad if they did make it official some time soon!
