Nominees Announces For 2019 BET Hip Hop Awards

Rapper Cardi B has earned 10 nominations for the upcoming 2019 BET Hip Hop awards.

The “I Like It” rapper received nominations for MVP of the Year, Hot Ticket Performer, Hustler of the Year, Best Collab, Single of the Year, and more.

DJ Khaled, Travis Scott, and J.Cole follow closely with a remarkable 8 nominations each.

Drake, who led the 2018 nominations, is in the third position with 7 nods including MVP of the Year, Single of the Year, Hot Ticket Performer, Lyricist of the Year, Best Collab and two nods in the Best Hip-Hop Video category.

Other notable nominations include Nipsey Hussle, who posthumously received 5 nominations, along with Megan Thee Stallion.

21 Savage, DaBaby, Meek Mill and Rick Ross all garnered 4 nods each.

The BET Hip Hop Awards returns to Atlanta, Georgia, at the Cobb Energy Center on Saturday, October 5, 2019. The ceremony will premiere on Tuesday, October 8 at 8 PM ET/PT on BET Networks.
