Molly-Mae Hague gets real about mum life in post from ‘paradise’ island

Former Lover Islander Molly-Mae Hague is currently living it up in the sunny Caribbean, alongside her partner, boxer Tommy Fury and their baby daughter, Bambi.

The newly 24 year old and her young family headed to Barbados earlier this week to celebrate the wedding of PR guru, Francesca Britton, and since arriving, has shared her stunning surroundings with her 7.5 million followers.

But as well as posting all the glitz and glamour of the luxury getaway, Molly has also got candid about mum life, revealing that it's not always as glamorous as it looks.

Taking to her Instagram stories yesterday to share a sweet clip of her cradling baby Bambi in the sunshine, the Pretty Little Thing creative director also delivered a dose of her reality as a new mum.

“Milk stained and unshowered,” she captioned the footage, before adding: “But the start of another day in paradise with my dream girl.”

In the video, Molly was seen wearing a pair of beige baggy pyjamas with her signature long blonde hair scraped back into a ‘mum bum.’ While dancing on the decking with the youngster and surrounded by palm trees, the 24 year old kissed and cuddled her daughter lovingly.

This isn’t the first time the influencer has got real with her fans about the realities of being a mum.

Last month, she took to her Instagram grid to post a series of casual black and white photos of her snuggling Bambi while out for dinner.

“Being a mum consists of great days, bad days, normal days, overwhelming days, perfect days, sad days… a lot of days of just making it to the end of the day! But through it all, a crazy amount of love,” she captioned the post.

Molly then directly addressed her “new mums out there who are reading this” to let them know that “when people say ‘it gets easier’ it really isn’t just a passing comment.”

“You’ve got this,” she concluded.

Of course, hundreds of Molly’s fans and fellow mums took to the comment section to praise her openness and honesty, with many reiterating Molly’s “you’ve got this” sentiments back.

“Thank you for being honest. Being a mum is HARD. It’s totally amazing in so many ways but so tough too,” one person typed, as another related to Molly’s situation.

“I love that you share these stunning natural shots mixed in with your styled shots. Shows the true life of a mum. Not wanting to lose yourself but wearing a bun with no make up a lot of the time lol,” they shared.
