Miley Cyrus Begins a New Musical Era, Drops EP ‘She Is Coming’

It might not exactly be the seventh studio album that many of her fans were hoping for. However, Miley’s new 6-track EP “She Is Coming” still certainly feels like the beginning of a new musical era.

While some of the EP’s production clearly echoes the sound and production of Miley’s Bangerz era, it also feels different. Miley is back to playing a lot more provocative games with her lyrics than what fans heard on 2017’s Younger Now album — still those provocative lyrics feel like they come from a more experienced and self-aware place than anything on Bangerz‘ tracks.
