Lauren Goodger in shock split from boyfriend Charles Drury after welcoming daughter Larose

Lauren Goodger has split from her boyfriend and father of her daughter Larose, Charles Drury, we can reveal.

After the former TOWIE star revealed Larose is in hospital with a "severe illness", builder Charlie, posted on his Instagram Stories: "Only going to post this once, me & Lauren have decided to go our separate ways.

"Things must remain civil for the sake of our daughter, Lauren is great mum so when it comes to Larose we both have her best interest at heart so she will still see us both.

"Id appreciate if people could stop making themselves busy & putting their 2 pence in as no drama is needed round here."

Moments before Charlie's post Lauren revealed their baby girl was in hospital with a "severe illness."

She told her Instagram followers it had been the "hardest" few days of her life but her baby girl is on the mend.

"I've been by my daughter's side day and night! Bless her heart she on [the mend] mend," she said.

It appears the couple are co-parenting their daughter as Lauren revealed they have been taking it in turns to stay with her in hospital.

The former TOWIE star first got together with the builder back in October last year, before welcoming their first child this July.

Lauren exclusively welcomed Larose, who she named after herself, to OK! online readers in August, telling us at the time: "It's the best thing that's ever happened to both of us. She's perfect."

While they said their relationship had strengthened as a result of the birth of their daughter.

Charlie gushed: "Lauren was amazing throughout the pregnancy and very happy. But seeing what she went through with the pregnancy, how she coped with it and then watching her going through the labour and how she was with our little girl, it made me fall in love with her all over again.

"It's a crazy feeling to describe but you can't put into words how much love I've got for both of them."

And Lauren added: "As much as we were in a loving relationship, having her has made us so much stronger and solid and a real family – not just boyfriend and girlfriend."

Lauren and Charles got together after meeting online and quickly moved into her Essex flat before she fell pregnant with their first child.
