Kevin Spacey settles lawsuit with kin of dead accuser

Kevin Spacey has settled the sexual assault lawsuit filed against him by an anonymous massage therapist who died earlier this year, according to newly filed court papers.

Terms of the settlement between the Oscar winner and the son of the accuser, who passed away Sept. 6, were not revealed and still need to be signed off by a federal judge.

The masseuse filed his lawsuit as a John Doe alleging that Spacey attacked him three years ago during a massage session in Malibu. The “American Beauty” actor was accused of trying to fondle the accuser’s genitals and attempting to kiss him.

But after the alleged victim died, a court allowed the special administrator of his estate — his son — to be substituted as a plaintiff in the suit, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

Lawyers for both Spacey and the son agreed the suit should be dismissed with prejudice, meaning it cannot be filed again, the paperwork filed on Monday in California federal court said.

More than a dozen men have accused Spacey, whose real name is Kevin Fowler, of sexual misconduct.

One of them included Ari Behn, the ex-husband of Norway’s Princess Martha Louise, who accused Spacey of groping him under a table in 2007. Behn committed suicide on Christmas Day.

In July, Massachusetts prosecutors dropped criminal charges against him in the alleged 2016 assault of an 18-year-old bus boy.
