Katie Price has paid tribute to ex-husbands Peter Andre and Kieran Hayler, hailing them as ‘great dads’.

The mum-of-five is currently self-isolating during the coronavirus pandemic with her oldest son, 17-year-old Harvey, while 14-year-old Junior and 12-year-old Princess stay with Pete and six-year-old Jett and five-year-old Bunny are with Kieran.

However, Katie has reassured us that there is no bad blood between her and her exes, as she keeps in touch with her other children while she looks after Harvey, who she explains is more vulnerable because of his pre-existing health conditions.

She explained to The Sun: ‘Harvey is one of those who are at a risk of dying if they get it, so I haven’t been able to see my other kids.

‘I regularly FaceTime the kids. I can’t wait to see them and to give them a big hug – this has been really hard.

‘Kieran and Peter are great dads – I know the children are in safe hands.’

A few weeks ago, Katie was also spotted driving down to Peter’s Surrey home during the quarantine, in a bid to see both Princess and Junior – the two children that she shares with the singer.

An insider had also previously claimed that the 41-year-old was pleased her kids were being well looked over, as they told New magazine: ‘Katie now realises what a great dad Pete’s always been.

‘She’s even thankful the kids are in lockdown with him, because they couldn’t be in safer hands with Emily [MacDonagh; Peter’s wife] being a doctor.

‘Katie knows Emily will do everything by the book.’

The source added: ‘After everything she’s gone through, Katie is now focused on rebuilding her relationship with Pete and Emily.’

It seems the ‘rebuilding’ is underway, after Katie had lent her support to Peter on Instagram, after he shared a video of himself on Good Morning Britain.

‘Stay safe all of you,’ she had commented in reply.

In the meantime, the former glamour model has shared a trailer for an upcoming episode of her reality series My Crazy Life – which will focus on her treatment at The Priory for post traumatic stress disorder following a breakdown.

Speaking about the upcoming hour-long show, she said: ‘This special is probably the most personal thing I have ever done – the final chapter of a nightmare that is now over and the start of a whole new world and life for me.’
