Kate Ferdinand fans have praised her "amazing body" after she shared a picture posing in a bikini.

The former TOWIE star, married to ex-England footballerRio Ferdinand, posted the stunning snap on Sunday morning. It shows the 31 year old wearing a brown bikini and gold sunglasses while standing in front of a luxurious infinity pool overlooking a luscious golf course.

Kateshares one-year-old son Cree with Rio– as well as being step-mother to his other three children – sons Lorenz, 15, Tate, 13, and 11-year-old daughter Tia.

And fans were quick to praise the mum and former reality TV star for the hard work she must have put in to achieve the "body of dreams."

Replying to the photograph on Instagram, one said: “Wow you look incredible!”

Another added: “Amazing body.”

A third replied: “Oh you are unreal.”

The praise continued – with the picture getting more than 20,000 likes and 100 comments in response.

One fan said: “You work hard and there are your results.”

Another added: “If only I could get the motivation for working out!”

And one Instagram user concluded: “Honestly body of dreams.”

Kate and Rio, 43, married in 2019 and welcomed Cree, their first child together, in December 2020.

Following Cree’s birth, Kate recently admitted on her podcast Blended that she felt like she “lost all sense of herself”.

Speaking with guest entrepreneur Maryyn Harrison, she said: “I felt like I was so happy to be a parent, I was so happy to have a biological child, but I just felt like I lost all sense of who I actually was.

"Rio was going to work every day, putting on his suit, looking fly, spraying his aftershave, skipping out the door and I'm sitting there in my pyjamas with no sense of who I am.”

Kate discussed how she wanted to get back to work as soon as possible after being at home — not only for the good of her own wellbeing, but to set an example to her children.

She continued: "For me it's really important for my children to see me going to work, especially our daughter Tia.

"She needs to see me going to work so she knows it's important to go to work, it's important to be independent. I feel like we should show our children how we want them to be.”

In another episode of her podcast, Kate alsospoke candidly about the devastating miscarriage she experienced this summer.

She announced she had miscarried in late July following a routine 12-week scan and, in the podcast released last month, she said she "immediately burst into tears" when she was told they couldn't detect a heartbeat.

Kate went on to explain it has been "really hard when you're grieving a loss that no one can see".
