The Aussie, 28,  flaunted her jaw-dropping figure in a semi sheer catsuit which left almost nothing to the imagination.

Bianca went braless beneath the skin-tight enemble and teamed it with a pair of quirky white heels. 

Meanwhile Kanye, 46, wrapped up in a black sweater and baggy trousers as he strolled the streets barefoot.

The musician carried an open a bottle of champagne in his hand as he followed his ‘wife’ through the city.

The architectural designer— who risks being fined or even being imprisoned for ‘going around virtually naked’ in the conservative European country — has previously been accused of copying Kanye’s ex Kim Kardashian with the look.

The nude outfit looked eerily reminiscent of clothing that the SKIMS founder had modelled for her brand in the past. 

From walking the streets barefoot to donning ‘nude’ bodysuits, the controversial Bianca and Kanye haven’t been afraid to flout the rules of fashion with their wardrobe choices.

However fans have expressed concerns that the rapper and his designer wife are putting their health at risk in order to push the boundaries of style.

After the pair went out barefoot in Florence earlier this month, one commenter wrote: ‘This is indecent exposure and frankly unhygienic. Poor Italy.’

Others pointed out that walking barefoot in a restaurant could potentially pose some hygiene risks.

‘Gross. Bare feet in a restaurant, not to mention that half her backside is also exposed,’ snapped one.

Another asked: ‘Isn’t there a shoes and shirt rule when dining out?’

Meanwhile, referring to Bianca’s skintight outfits, one fan suggested that the ensembles could pose a ‘hygiene issue’ for the star.

According to several podiatrists who spoke to Time magazine in June, going out barefoot in public can be quite hazardous for a number of reasons. 

From getting cuts on your feet and bacterial infections to developing plantar fasciitis, there are all kinds of dangers associated with ditching footwear. 

‘You’re pretty much asking for trouble, and I 100% do not recommend it for a lot of different reasons,’ Dr. Priya Parthasarathy told Time.

However, others have argued that going out barefoot can actually pose some surprising health benefits. 

Speaking to Healthline, orthopaedic surgeon Dr. Jonathan Kaplan said: ‘The most straightforward benefit to barefoot walking is that in theory, walking barefoot more closely restores our “natural” walking pattern, also known as our gait.’

Board-certified podiatrist and foot surgeon Dr Bruce Pinker told the website that going barefoot can also help you develop stronger leg muscles and improve balance.

It comes following reports that Censori is running the risk of being fined €10,000 and could even face imprisonment during her trip to Italy.

She has been walking around ‘virtually naked’ in the European nation, flashing her flesh in extremely revealing outfits.

According to the Italian Constitutional Court, a fine from 5,000 to 10,000 euros can be issued, or whoever exposes in a place or nearby to a place attended by minors, may be sentenced from four months to four years imprisonment.
