Justin Timberlake, SZA Drop Collab ‘The Other Side’

Justin Timberlake and SZA have teamed up to release what might very well be the bop of the year. Titled “The Other Side,” the collaboration is featured in the upcoming animated film, Trolls World Tour.

“Hey you/Stop stressing ’bout what you’re missing/So blue
Just take it easy, take your time/If you think my words are wise/Just try it for yourself,” the duo belt out in the song, which also received a flashy music video featuring the pair as they groove to the tune.

“The Other Side” is one of many songs that Timberlake recorded with artists of the likes of Kelly Clarkson, Anderson .Paak, HAIM, and Mary J. Blige for the soundtrack of the film; “Crazy music that I can’t believe is for an animated movie,” he said.

Timberlake also stars in the film in the role of Branch, “the over-cautious paranoid survivalist in Troll Village.” The film is slated for worldwide release on April 17, 2020.
