Justin Bieber enjoyed a much-needed holiday with wife Hailey Baldwin in Italy, after his eagerly-anticipated return to the stage.

The Stay singer, 28, recently took time out of the spotlight to recover after he was diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt syndrome, a facial paralysis.

He marked his comeback in Europe, performing at the Luca Summer festival on Sunday night to a packed out crowd.

The musician later hit the streets of Florence with the model, enjoying a spot of sightseeing at an art gallery in the area.

They could be seen cuddling as they took in the culture around them during a low-key day out.

Justin later shared an adorable photo with his partner and their dog as they had a lazy morning in bed.

‘Good morning from the Bieber family,’ he captioned the sweet upload.

The Baby star made headlines in June after revealing his worrying health battles with fans, following a string of canceled tour dates.

He shared a video on Instagram, explaining that he had been diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt, which affects the facial nerve.

The syndrome is a complication of the disease known as shingles, and affects the facial nerve.

It can be treated with steroids, antiviral medication and facial rehabilitation, while symptoms can include blisters in the ears and on the roof of the mouth, as well as facial weakness.

In the clip, he showed that he was unable to smile, blink or flare his right nostril due to the condition.

Following some time out, he made his comeback on Sunday and told the delighted audience: ‘I just want to say thank you so much for having me back. This is my first day back. So good to be here.

‘I want to say thank you to each and every one of you guys for being a part of this tour. Thank you, thank you, thank you.’

‘What a great, great evening. Wow,’ he added to his team in another clip. ‘I love you guys, this is the sexiest group of people I know.

‘I’m just so grateful to be back, I love each and every one of you so much. Let’s go kill it.’
