Jennifer Hudson To Perform Tribute To Kobe Bryant At NBA All-Star Game02/17/2020
Grammy-winning artist and Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Hudson will perform a special tribute to late basketball legend Kobe Bryant at the 2020 NBA All-Star Game on Sunday.
The Chicago native’s performance will open the night ahead of player introductions for the All-Star Game at the United Center, airing live at 8 p.m. ET on TNT.
The National Basketball Association also unveiled an all-star lineup of performers for the night.
Prior to tip-off, Chaka Khan will sing the U.S. national anthem and Tenille Arts will sing the Canadian national anthem.
At halftime, Chance The Rapper will take the stage with Lil Wayne, DJ Khaled and Quavo for a star-studded performance of their chart-topping hits.
Kobe Bryant, 41, his daughter Gianna and seven of their friends died in a helicopter crash in the city of Calabasas, California, on January 26.
