Actress Jane Seymour, 70, suffered from a fractured knee after a “pretty bad” fall during filming on the set of her new TV show Harry Wild in Ireland. In her latest post, she said she had been taking “extra care” of herself, but vowed to continue filming.

Jane was seen beaming from the camera as she held onto her crutches while out in Ireland.

She dressed down for her stroll sporting a khaki jacket, a jumper, jeans and brown boots along with her leg brace.

While still recovering, the James Bond star said she was getting better “every day”.

The actress commented: “I’ve been taking extra care of my knee.

“Rest and patience is the cure! Thankfully ballet has enabled me to almost not limp on set.

“Although it hurts, it’s getting better everyday!”

Jane went on to thank her fans for their “kind messages”.

“Keep smiling,” she added.

Yesterday, Jane shared a video on Instagram telling fans how her knee injury was caused.

She explained that she had to run across a bridge for a scene, but took a tumble.

The Wedding Crashers actress went on to say the injury had not stopped her from working, adding her co-stars had nicknamed her “hop-along”.

“Hop-along just keeps hopping along,” she joked.
