Inside Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner's Floor-to-Ceiling Glass Home in Miami

Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have said goodbye to the Golden State and moved to the Sunshine State. The musician and the English actor actually downsized when they left Los Angeles. But their slightly smaller, contemporary-glass home in Miami is simply stunning.

Here’s a look inside the couple’s mansion and who their famous neighbors are.

How much Jonas and Turner sold their LA home for

The Game of Thrones star, her hubby, and their daughter previously lived in a 15,000-square-foot home in the Encino neighborhood of LA. The estate, located in Royal Oaks, was designed by Joe Omar. It has nine bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. There’s also a two-bedroom guest house the pair used for entertaining complete with an aquarium, cigar humidor, kegerator, fog machine, disco lights, and a DJ booth. Some other amenities Turner and Jonas added include a custom wine cellar and a lap pool with a spa. 

TopTenRealEstateDeals.com noted that the couple purchased the property in 2019 for $14.1 million and sold it for $15.2 million.

Their $11 million contemporary-glass mansion in Miami

With their new abode, Jonas and Turner have opted for less living space going from nine bedrooms to six and 11 bathrooms to nine. But their Miami pad is still massive at 10,416-square feet.

It’s located in the Bay Point community and according to Realtor.com‘s listing is “where Aspen meets Miami. Influenced by Frank Lloyd Wright, the design inspires nature’s tranquility with indoor gardens, a koi pond, and a grand salon with 30-foot ceilings.” 

The house boasts an abundance of floor-to-ceiling windows for taking in the waterfront views. And there’s a place to dock a boat outback with direct access to the bay. The amenities don’t stop there, Jonas and Turner’s mansion also features a gym, a sauna, a steam room, a spa, indoor gardens, Calacatta marble baths, Ornare closets, two kitchens, a climate-controlled wine cellar, a fireplace, a dual-sided bar for indoor & outdoor service, and a 10-foot-deep pool.

They have some very famous neighbors

Jonas and Turner, who were married in 2019 and welcomed their first child in 2020, aren’t the only famous faces to call the exclusive Miami area home.

Some of their high-profile neighbors who also have residences nearby include Enrique Iglesias and Anna Kournikova, Joshua Kushner and Karlie Kloss, Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, and Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner.

Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen bought a place not too far away well. The NFL star and his supermodel wife paid $17 million for an Indian Creek Island property which they planned to demolish so they could build a state-of-art, eco-friendly home.

“They like to build from the ground up,” a source told Page Six at the time. “Look at their Brookline home, this will be like that.”
