EXCLUSIVE: Holly Willoughby’s new management firm boasts earnings of more than £305,000 as the company publishes its first accounts since she split from longtime agents

Holly Willoughby’s company has earnings of more than £305,000 as she has shared its first accounts since splitting from her agents and taking control of her cash.

The This Morning presenter, 41, departed from YMU Entertainment, which also represents her co-host Phillip Schofield, Ant and Dec and Davina McCall, after 13 years in 2020 to establish her own company.

She has now filed the first annual accounts for her all-female company Roxy Management, which sees her manage herself.

The books, which were published on Companies House on Wednesday, show that Holly boasted assets of £305,081 before deductions.

The accounts for the 12 months leading up to July 2021 also showed creditors of almost £240,000, with the firm’s net assets standing at £46,553 after deductions.

But Holly has raked in a further £4.5million through her media company Roxy Media Ltd in the last three years. 

She runs Roxy Media with her television producer husband Dan Baldwin and figures filed in December showed the firm had a cash pile of £1.6million as of February 2021.

The assets were up from £1.4million in 2020 and £1.5million in 2019, totalling earnings of around £4.5million across the three years, before any deductions.

Holly, who controls 80 per cent of the firm, paid out £261,002 in Corporation Tax for the 12 months leading up to the end of February 2021.

In 2020, she also paid £132,441 to the exchequer and £407,850 in Corporation Tax  the year before.

MailOnline has contacted Holly’s representatives for comment. 

She also has advertising deals with household store Dunelm and high street giant M&S, and she charges £25,000 for speaking engagements, plus has lucrative deals for ads on social media.

And she shows no signs of slowing down as she has also launched her own lifestyle brand called Wylde Moon in September.

The online store began taking orders in October and its launch coincided with the new moon. 

In February, Holly celebrated the launch of the brand’s first fragrance – The Wild – which retails at £42.

Holly has described Wylde Moon as an online space to empower women, explore crystal energies and offer fashion and beauty tips.

Explaining her hopes for her website, Holly wrote for the launch: ‘I want WYLDE MOON to be a place where I can share the things that I love, the lessons that I’ve learnt, the things I see and instantly want to share with others.’

Holly and comedian Lee, 53, braced themselves for the ‘bone-chilling’ blizzard in which they were tasked with walking along icy logs as a demonstration to the contestants.

Carrying a giant flag each, they were to mark their place in the race by planting it in the ground before withstanding 10 seconds of the storm face-on. 

Lee explained: ‘It’s been designed with Wim’s blessing of course to build up your tolerance to the cold as you’ll be entering what can only be described as a bone-chilling snow storm.’ 

Holly changed into a white and black bobble hat, black leggings, and a soaking wet white T-shirt featuring the text, ‘What would Wim do?’

Clad with protective goggles, giant boots and thick gloves, she braced herself for the snow storm, she grimaced as the comedian said: ‘This is horrible!’

The model won the race since her co-star lost his balance and was forced to begin again, before a horn sounded to confirm her victory.

Ripping off her hat and goggles off, she shouted, ‘Brain freeze! I’m out of breath!’ with Lee agreeing, ‘That’s hard right?

Holly then told the celebrity contestants: ‘You’re going to hate it!’ before revealing they would be split into two teams and forced to emulate the hosts – but in their swimwear.

Winner: The model won the race since her co-star lost his balance and was forced to begin again, before a horn sounded to confirm her victory
