Guests ages four and under will need to have a negative test result taken between three days and 24 hours prior to sail date. Acceptable tests include NAAT test, rapid PCR test or lab-based PCR test. The rapid antigen tests will not be accepted.

Currently, Disney Cruise Lines have been requiring all eligible guests to be vaccinated, as defined by the US CDC, at the time of sailing. Those not eligible are required to provide a negative test.

On the ships, they have enhanced cleaning protocols, are promoting physical distancing on board and more.
