Dan Walker: ‘Serious shock’ BBC Breakfast host on Dev and Dianne’s tearful Strictly exit

Dan Walker, 42, opened up about his shocked reaction to Dev Griffin and Dianne Buswell’s unexpected Strictly Come Dancing 2019 elimination after he spent the evening watching the show in Elstree Studios last night.
The BBC Breakfast host admitted although he was happy to see his colleague Mike Bushell make it through to next week of the dance competition, he was stunned after “one of the best dancers” left the competition.
Dan wrote in view of his 580,000 Twitter followers: “There was serious shock in the #Strictly ballroom after that one – and quite a few tears too.
“Glad to see @mikebreakfast & @AlexScott through but surprised that one of the best dancers has gone #DevAndDianne #StrictlyResults @dev_101 @dbuzz6589.”
