Coronation Street star Colson J Smith has been keeping himself busy during lockdown by hosting regular Instagram live chats with his co-stars as well as working out.

The 21-year-old actor displayed a much slimmer physique online yesterday, while documenting his time in isolation during the coronavirus outbreak.

The casually-dressed ITV star struck a pose in a grey jumper and matching jogging bottoms with a pair of white trainers in a mirror at home.

The Craig Tinker actor, who joined the cast of Corrie back in 2011, also snapped a “pre-run” selfie, revealing how he is keeping fit and staying trim during lockdown.

The blonde-haired star captioned the image: “Pre run… Today’s run was far too hot.”

Earlier in the month, Colson impressed his fans when he posted a picture on his Instagram grid which showcased his recent weight loss.

The smiling star proudly posed with his hands in his pockets while out and about near his home in West Yorkshire.

He wore his phone in a harness across his chest and workout gear in the post Bank Holiday run snap that was shared with his 148,000 followers.

Instagram users rushed to the comments section to share their thoughts and compliment the star.

Following the much-publicized dramatic weight loss of pop star Adele, one user said: “Forget Adele… It’s all about Craig Tinker.”
