Former Geordie Shore star and new mum Charlotte Crosby has shown off her post-pregnancy figure after embarking on a new fitness routine.

The TV star, 32, who welcomed her first child earlier this year, has lost a huge amount of pregnancy weight within just 10 weeks of giving birth, thanks to her post-pregnancy workouts.

Sharing some snaps of her figure, Charlotte showed the difference that just three weeks made between week seven and week ten.

Text written over the photos reads: "Woke up this morning feeling so good… today will be exactly two weeks of exercising again. Walking and doing my @blitznburn."

She continued: "After just two weeks of implementing short 10-20 min workouts in each day as well as little family walks, I'm finally seeing some differences.

"This is not a before and after pic! Just want to show the little bit of progress that I'm over the moon with! I know a lot of people have been DM-ing me about their struggles getting back into exercise after giving birth!

"Honestly wanted to say that by just being consistent with mini work outs each day I've noticed the weight fall off my bum and legs!

"I still plan on carrying on with my little routine I've got going on now! And then an even bigger detox in Jan!"

Last week, Charlotte shared some snaps of one of her workouts to Instagram, writing: "Determined to close my [Apple Watch] rings everyday for 90 days! Keeping active and working out again has been an amazing distraction for a lot of the sadness that has been surrounding me atm.

"90 days closing rings each month upping my goals so it gets harder and harder! I've had absolutely ZERO time with having a newborn to get to the gym and some days unable to fit a walk in!

"So MY APP @blitznburn has been an absolute LIFE SAVER! Regardless what time all I have to do is set the phone up on the side, not even leave [the house] and just get a short workout done."

In between snaps of herself shadow boxing and sweating it out at the gym, Charlotte told her followers she's "actually embarrassed" about how "out of shape" she is.

"I feel like I should of tried to keep this up through my pregnancy but my pregnancy was absolutely HORRID. But I'm up and I'm giving it what I can!!! Because you have to start again somewhere!!!" she wrote.
