Camila Cabello Says She’s ‘Emotionally Charged’ Whenever She Listens To New Album ‘Romance’

Camila Cabello is all smiles at her pop-up experience event in Los Angeles on Friday evening (December 6).

The 22-year-old singer is celebrating the release of her brand new album, Romance.

The two-day fan experience and pop-up is inspired by Camila‘s album art, and lets her fans escape into a multi-sensory experience where they can listen to her new album, discover the meaning behind the music and uncover exclusive new merchandise. The pop-up experience is open all day tomorrow from 11-6pm at 427 N. Fairfax Ave in Los Angeles.

“It just feels like whenever I listen back to [Romance], it feels so emotionally charged because my life is in those songs,” Camila shared in a recent interview with ET. “Every time I finish an album, it feels like I’m kind of putting a bow on it and just, like, ending that chapter and going into the next one.”

She added, “That’s what this album is to me. It’s the phase in my life where I’m just consumed by love and life and the intensity of those experiences.”
