Billie Shepherd’s husband Greg introduces newborn to football is he cheers on England
12/05/2022Billie Shepherd's husband Greg has already introduced their newborn daughter to the football – at just two days old.
The pair, who have been married since 2019, welcomed their baby girl on Friday 2 December and announced the news with a sweet Instagram post.
And taking to his Instagram page on Sunday 4 December, Greg, 32, shared a snap of him and his baby girl watching the England vs Senegal match.
The father and daughter duo could be seen lounging on their large sofa while watching through their luxurious flat screen TV.
While the newborn was wrapped in white blankets, Greg sported grey tracksuit bottoms and a matching jacket.
His caption read: "Come on England." The newborn certainly had a great introduction to football as England ended up winning 3 – 0.
Commenting under the post, one person said: "@Gregory_shep I'm glad to see you will be doing the school run tomorrow after this game."
A second wrote: "Great timing the baby arriving before the football."
"I await the release of her name (hopefully quicker than your sister). I bet it will be as cute as Nelly and Arthur," another added.
And a fourth user commented: "Congratulations to you all, a beautiful new baby girl and a great result for England. What could be better."
Earlier that day, Greg announced the news of his latest addition with a snap of Billie and newborn in hospital. Announcing the birth, he wrote: "Our beautiful baby girl arrived 02/12/22 7lb 10oz.
"@billieshepherdofficial was amazing. Mum and baby are well. Let the family of 5 life begin…"
Billie also announced the news on her Instagram page with the caption: "Welcome to the world our beautiful baby girl 02~12~22. We are so in love with our precious little darling."
Many sent their congratulations including Billie's sister Sam Faiers and mother Suzie.
Sam wrote: "My beautiful baby niece. Auntie loves you so much princess. Welcome to the world. You won’t believe how loved you are already. Our little darling.
"And well done mummy and daddy. Such a beautiful experience, thank you for letting me be a part of it."
Suzie added: "She’s just beautiful."
In October, Billie and Greg – who are also proud parents to daughter Nelly, eight, and son Arthur, five – moved into their new £1.4 million home in Essex. The house had been undergoing renovations for three years before they moved in.
