Amy Duggar Shares Final Maternity Photos Ahead of Giving Birth: I’m SO Ready For This to Be Over!

Well, it looks like the big day is almost here.

Yes, Amy Duggar is expecting her first child, and she’s shared just about every step of her journey with her legion of loyal fans.

Amy has always been more candid than her famous cousins, and she recently admitted that she’s terrified of giving birth.

Needless to say, that’s not the kind of confession you would hear from one of Jim Bob’s kids.

But as her due date draws near, it seems the fear has given way to excitement, as Amy and her husband get ready to welcome their baby boy.

She’s not set to give birth until October, but determining due dates has never been an exact science.

That may be why Amy decided to post what could be the final pics of her growing baby bump this week.

“Each week the belly gets bigger, the wait gets shorter but the love grows so much stronger for you baby boy!”

Amy also spoke with People magazine for what could be her last interview as a mom-to-be.

“I’ve always wanted to be a boy mom!” she told the outlet.

“Dillon builds lifted trucks, so I can just imagine how suped-up the Power Wheels will be,” Amy added.

“We just can’t wait for this little ball of energy to arrive! He’s already named, so let all the embroidery begin. I am so obsessed with baby bathrobes!”

The time for baby bathrobes is almost upon us.

But for now, Amy is riding out the tail end of her pregnancy:

“Soaking in these last few weeks with this sweet bump!! #daxryankingiscomingsoon #36weeks #whew,” she captioned the pic below.

Amy is part of the current Duggar baby boom, but she probably won’t be birthing a litter like so many of her relatives.

The 32-year-old has repeatedly suggested that she’s not planning to have more kids after little Dax.

So there’s a very good chance that this will be her first and last pregnancy.

She seems to be making the absolute most of it.

But it also seems like she won’t miss the experience in the slightest once it’s over.
