Sports Personality of the Year: Alex Scott hosts show

Former Arsenal footballer Alex Scott presented the Sports Personality Of The Year awards last night along with Gary Lineker, Clare Balding and Gabby Logan. Following the award ceremony, the sports pundit took to social media to share some behind-the-scenes snaps and congratulate the winner.

Alex, 36, looked incredible in a black off-the-shoulder dress with dramatic sleeves as she reclined on a sofa backstage.

Her gown featured a thigh-high slit on one side which showcased her incredible pins which were elongated with a pair of strappy heels.

The former Strictly Come Dancing star, who took part in last year’s contest, swept her hair away from her face and into a high ponytail and sported glam make-up.

Sparkly earrings and a coordinating ring completed her stunning look.
