A$AP Rocky’s bodyguard ‘choke-slammed’ alleged victim: video

A$AP Rocky’s bodyguard “choke-slammed” the alleged victim of a Stockholm street brawl, sparking the melee that landed the Harlem-born rapper in a Swedish jail, a dramatic video obtained by TMZ shows.

The burly bodyguard is seen in the 34-second video exchanging words with a man identified as Mustafa Jafari, the 19-year-old man who testified this week that he thought Rocky and his entourage “were going to beat me to death” during the June 30 encounter.

Jafari said during the first day of Rocky’s trial this week that the shove broke his headphones — and that when he complained to the rapper’s entourage he ended up taking a brutal beating that left him with cuts to his face and hands and needed 13 stitches.

“While I’m talking to them, all of a sudden one of these guys comes from behind and hits me with a bottle,” Jafari said.

The bodyguard then grabs the man violently and shoves him and into the ground.

Other TMZ footage shows Jafari persistently engaging Rocky and his entourage, and at one point the rapper appears to be trying to diffuse the situation — until several men are seen attacking the teen.

Two other members of Rocky’s entourage — Bladimir Emilio Corniel and David Tyrone Rispers — were also arrested, but the bodyguard has not been charged.

Rocky, 30, whose real name is Rakim Mayer, has been jailed since July 3, “didn’t want any trouble” his lawyer, Slobodan Jovicic, said.

“In this case, the bodyguard made the assessment that (Jafari) should move on … and not to come close,” he said.

Rocky’s arrest became something of an international incident, when President Trump intervened on the rapper’s behalf after meeting with Kanye West, who implored the president to help.

In a July 19 tweet, Trump said he had a “friendly and respectful” phone cat with Swedish Prime Minister Stefan Lofven.

But Lofven and other officials in the Scandanavian nation rebuffed Trump’s attempts to cut Rocky loose.
